This was the second interactive data visualization I ever built, a huge undertaking with a giant data set of schools and complex functionality. This tool allows users to look at state, county, and school-level chronic absence rates, compare two different entities, and compare across demographic groups. This tool was built using R and RShiny. It has some bugs, but I am proud of it nonetheless as it was a huge accomplishment for me at the time.
